Fairington is situated in Nolensville, TN, at the southwest corner of McFarlin Road and Fly Road, less than 30 minutes from downtown Nashville.

Home sales in Fairington are scheduled to begin in May 2025, with model homes opening in the summer of 2025. The community will offer townhomes, bungalows, manors and grand manors.

All homes in Fairington will be designed and constructed by SLC Homes, the in-house homebuilding division of Southern Land Company

A portion of Fairington is dedicated as the future site of an elementary school, with 11.41 acres donated for its development. The school is expected to serve up to 890 elementary students. ​

Southern Land Company plans to improve traffic flow by widening McFarlin Road and Fly Road and enhancing the intersection of Fly Road and Rock Springs Road.
